Recurring Donations Policy
When a donor chooses a recurring gift, they authorize MEMO to process the selected donation amount on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until the donor cancels or updates the donation.
Receipts
Donors will receive confirmation after the recurring donation is created and should receive a receipt after each successful charge.
Changes And Cancellation
To change or cancel a recurring donation, donors may use the cancellation or support instructions provided in their donation confirmation email, or contact help@aboutmemo.org.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge according to provider settings. A failed payment does not guarantee that the recurring plan has been cancelled.
