Event Refund Policy

MEMO fundraising events are planned around venue, production, and mission commitments. Refund handling is intended to stay fair while protecting the funds already allocated to event delivery.

EventsRefund handling should stay clear before supporters commit to tickets or sponsorships.

Ticket purchases are generally considered final once event costs are committed, but MEMO may review refund requests in limited circumstances such as duplicate purchases, event cancellation, or major scheduling conflicts.

If you need help, contact MEMO as early as possible with the purchaser name, event name, order details, and a short explanation of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

If an event is rescheduled, converted, or materially changed, MEMO will communicate the next steps and any available refund or credit option directly to attendees and sponsors.
